Rick began his quest to be an artist out of a love for nature at the early age of ten. He continued to paint through school, and after graduation Kelley took advantage of his father's transfer to Montana. There he used Montana's beauty as a backdrop andinspiration for his work. Families of the Fallen Art Donation

In gratitude for the selfless efforts of the soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan, Rick Kelley is donating one of the patriotic images of his “Freedom Series” to families of fallen soldiers throughout Southwest Florida. The project is called “Families of Our Fallen.” Kelley also plans to take this project nationally to over 5,500 families who have lost soldiers.
